Turf / Lawn / Pasture Mowing / Trimming: All turf and or grass / weed areas will be mowed using commercial equipment appropiate
for location at agreed price as agreed during the mowing season. Height of cut will depend on
species and local conditions. During periods of heavy rains or extended dry periods, we may mow more or less than usual. With
each mowing, we will trim around all buildings, and other obstacles within the area and blow off all solid surfaces. Please make payment when service is completed or if needed we will invoice you for services provided. Please provide
an email address for billing purposes. All accounts are due net 10 days or a 10% late fee may
